ConnectiX Field Service

ConnectiX enables real time customer information to your mobile workers in the field,
through
the use of wireless technology, Pocket PC and other Windows Mobile devices,
and your existing accounting system such as QuickBooks or MYOB.
ConnectiX Field Service will:
· Improve the job scheduling process
· Provide faster turnaround invoice cycle with on-site invoicing
· Improve the material control process
· Improve control over field staff activity
· Improve customer service with better response times and accurate information
From the ConnectiX command centre jobs can be scheduled and sent to mobile staff
in real time using a PDA on the mobile phone network.
From the command console, mobile staff can be “seen” in the field, viewing their
location and what job they are working on.
Once they have done the job they can send notes, times and materials used back to
the office ready for automatic invoicing saving time for both field and office staff.
Cash flow is improved as invoicing delays are eliminated.
Averaged across all ConnectiX users, the system generally increases billable time
by about 30 minutes per day per mobile user by eliminating most paperwork. Additionally,
we are seeing a reduction in office time of 10 to 15 minutes per job in job processing
and billing amongst our customers. The system can contribute strongly to increasing
profit for the service company.
